Bhajan by Narayan Swami Gujarati

Narayan Swami was a saint and bhajanik . His original name was Shaktidan Mahidan Langavadara who became Narayan Swami after spiritual awakening. He has sung Amritvani of saints like Meera Bai , Kabir , Ganga Sati and Narsingh Mehta , Satar Sai , Bhakt Muldas , and through Santvani he has given energy to the spiritual world. He has sung 300 to 400 hymns which are full of spiritual knowledge. Being a saint and a renounced soul, he was a preacher. He has selflessly sung Bhajan and Santwani for the welfare of the people.

He was a native of Ankdiya (Gadhvi na Ankdiya) in Botad district of Gujarat state located in the western part of India After his retirement, he lived for some time in Shapar-Veraval in Rajkot district of Saurashtra, then in Leelakha village and then in Junagadh, and finally he settled in the ashram at Mandvi in Kutch .

Narayan Swami got absorbed in the soul from the soul in the year 2000. His samadhi at Mandvi Ashram is still located there.

And Narayana Swami is considered as the Bhishma Pitamah of Bhajans. And Shri Lata Mangeshkar ji, the supreme worshiper of Mother Saraswati, listens to Narayan Swami's hymns first thing in the morning.

Narayan Swami was not only a bhajan singer, he was rich in a pure soul. When people used to sing bhajans in their last days, tears started flowing from their eyes. In his hymns, there were those who moved from duality to non-duality. When he used to sing hymns, his listeners used to forget the world and spend their wealth. And they used to get engrossed in the devotion of the Lord in such a way that they started dancing. Even today his Hindi and Gujarati Bhajans are very much liked by the people.
